Return Policy

We hope you love your new purchase, but if something isn’t quite what you were hoping for, we are happy to accept returns!

It’s easy, we promise! There are just a few rules…

  • We do not currently offer exchanges.
  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • We charge a $8.00 non-refundable flat rate per return (multiple items could be included in one return).
  • Returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them in. Original tags should be attached.
  • If possible, place the item(s) in the original product packaging.
  • Any items marked down 50% or more from its original retail price is a final sale and are not returnable. If these items are shipped back to our facility we will ship them back to you.

*Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Timing

  • It may take up to three business cycles for the return credit to appear on your account.
  • We will credit your original form of payment on the order.

Defective/Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us email us at service@owningthex.com. Our customer service hours are Monday – Friday from  8 am – 5 pm EST.
